My Story

Hi, I'm Marina Porcelli. I’m currently teaching art K-5 at Callison Elementary in Round Rock, Texas. I LOVE all things Art! I I keep my teaching, art and design skills up to date with the latest technology and professional development. Whether taking online classes, tutorials, or learning new software – I’m always interested in staying current.

My background is in graphic design and fine art. I have a BFA from the College of New Jersey. In addition to teaching and creating fine art, I am a graphic designer and have worked professionally for 20 years in the field for both B2B and B2C clients. I had a graphic design business in Philadelphia – a.k.a. the city of brotherly love – for 10 years – and four years in Atlanta. Residing in Austin, TX is where I call home.

I am pursuing my Master of Fine Arts Degree at Lindenwood University with an expected graduation date of May 2025. I am excited to be graduating very soon! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, working out, making art, and spending time with my family and our many pets, three dogs, four cats, and our bearded dragon. Brooklyne
